This website is owned and operated by Laxmi Wood World. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the site means you accept any changes.

2. Product Display & Accuracy

We strive to present all product images and details accurately. However, colours, textures, and finishes may slightly vary due to screen settings. For laminates and veneers, please refer to the physical catalogue for confirmation.

3. Orders & Acceptance

All product listings are an invitation to offer. Once you place an order, it becomes an offer subject to acceptance by Laxmi Wood World. We reserve the right to accept or cancel orders without explanation.

4. Pricing

All prices listed are current at the time of display and are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for any pricing errors. If such errors occur, we will notify you before proceeding with delivery.

5. Delivery Terms

All orders are delivered across Mumbai city and suburbs.
Timelines depend on product availability, destination, and order volume.
Any delay due to incorrect addresses or customer unavailability is the customer’s responsibility. Re-delivery may incur additional charges.

6. Delivery Inspection

Please inspect all goods at the time of delivery. Report any damage, shortage, or wrong item immediately to the delivery team. Once accepted, no claims will be entertained.

7. Returns & Replacements

We do not accept returns once the product is delivered and accepted. Replacement is allowed only in case of manufacturing defects or wrong delivery, which must be reported on the day of delivery.

8. Cancellations

Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.

9. Unloading & Lifting

Delivery includes transportation up to the building/site entrance.
Unloading and lifting are not included and must be arranged by the customer.
On request, manpower can be provided at an extra charge

10. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts only.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are not accepted unless there is a delivery error or manufacturing defect.
Report any issues on the day of delivery.
Accepted return cases will be replaced or refunded as per company policy.
